Once Upon A Wartime

This touring exhibition delved into the pages of five well-loved books dramatically bringing their stories of war to life.

We printed directly to a variety of materials to help distinguish between each story’s rich narrative. Maple veneer formed backdrops to Michael Morpurgo’s War Horse, printed Stirling Board evoked the crumbling bricks and rubble of The Silver Sword, the ash veneer printed yew tree woods immersed the visitor in the wild landscapes of Carrie’s War and the Little Soldier’s two way mirror contrasted past to present.
